About Suzanne

You deserve to feel at home in your body and in your life. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping people heal from the inside out.

 

In my practice, I combine talk therapy with somatic approaches like gentle yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork to support you in reconnecting with your body, regulating your nervous system, and reclaiming your sense of self. You don’t have to be “good” at yoga or have any prior experience, all you need is a willingness to show up for yourself.


I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and somatic approaches to tailor
treatment to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating trauma recovery, anxiety, addiction, burnout, or self-esteem challenges, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and empowering for you.

 

I have a very laid-back approach to therapy. There are many ways to heal and we will explore them with compassion and humor. Therapy with me is about creating safety, building trust, and honoring the wisdom of both mind and body. Together let's create a space where you can breathe more freely, move with more ease, and start feeling like yourself again!

Vision

Dr. Gabor Mate' says that "the essence of effective therapy is about the quality of the relationship between therapist and client." My vision is to build a supportive relationship with you while holding a safe space for you to look inward and explore what is there.  You will not be alone on your journey of revelation and transformation. I will walk alongside you as you rediscover yourself.
